Basic Account Management:- Provides customer service and admin. support to Account Executives and staff. - Assists with PR, social media, advertising and media research including list development.- Develops basic content items including news release drafts, pitches and limited client correspondence.- Distributes content to targeted lists.- Follows up on content to lists to ensure and document coverage. - Works on client reports and presentations- Project coordination, timelines and budgets.- Works with clients to service their needs and requests.
