Job DescriptionThe client services internship offers an opportunity for Marketing or Communications School Seniors or recent graduates to learn invaluable client relationship and project management skills in the fashion and lifestyle brand industries. Together with our team of strategists, designers, writers, technologists, and producers, you’ll learn to guide clients and ultimately help them achieve their business objectives through the strategic planning, digital marketing, and digital retail experiences created by our account team.
Reports to: Client Services Manager
Partners closely with: Client Services Team
Tracks client production expenditures
Monitors all production related documents
Assists in preparation of production schedules and process documents
Helps develop and manage social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and other platforms
Helps maintain client database
Assists in client communications
Assists in outreach to new industries and sectors
Performs research on industry influencers, trends, and competitors
Assists in tracking the impact of our marketing and PR efforts
Perform special projects or provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested
Detail oriented, excellent organization
Initiative to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
Distributes materials internally and externally
Ensure that work is delivered within established timeframe and to the high LiveAreaLabs standard
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new software as needed
Great customer service skills and communication skills are a MUST!
Has great writing skills
Can navigate social media platforms with ease
Is active in at least three social media platforms personally or professionally
Is excited by new technologies and platforms
Highly organized creative thinker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media.
Ideal candidates are at Junior or Senior college level, possess strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for the digital advertising industry.
