Conflict Resolution Services


Assist with the development and implementation of an effective and innovative marketing and outreach plan.

General Responsibilities

Assist the CRS Director and CRS Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to:

Develop and maintain CRS social media outlets (Facebook and Twitter)

Update and maintain CRS website

Obtain photo and video documentation of CRS events and trainings

Develop ideas for CRS ads and articles

Help develop an innovative marketing campaign plan for CRS

Help develop and distribute CRS promotional materials, including flyers & brochures

Schedule and perform outreach at tabling events

Track hours

Other tasks as needed


Required Qualifications

Education and/or experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, and/or web design/development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidential information

Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively


Preferred Qualifications 

Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

Graphic design skills – Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Multimedia skills – video, audio, etc.

Web design/development skills – Some experience with HTML 5 Coding

Bilingual or multilingual

Hours: Varies/flexible (6-10/week)      Pay: Unpaid internship/volunteer opportunity
