ABC Digital Media is seeking a Coordinator to join its growing Digital Ad Sales Strategy team to deliver unmatched sales support through the creation of innovative, integrated marketing programs for its stellar roster of new and existing digital clients. Based in Burbank, this Digital Ad Sales marketing meets-digital product development position calls for a zeal towards furthering DATG Digital’s Ad Sales strategy with a focus on packaging digital media experiences into advertising solutions. While the primary responsibility of this role is supporting the day-to-day sponsorship operations including developing and implementing campaigns, this position will play a key role in helping manage communication with Sales, Integrated Marketing & Product.The aim is to build programs, not just materials. What you’ll do:
Ideation for New Ad Products. Work directly with content creators, consumer marketing and business development in addition to the sales organization to create Ad Sales and Sponsorship packages.
Constantly optimize the Advertising & User experiences TOGETHER. Work with sales & product to progress our user experiences and advertising experiences together.
Be an Advocate for Product & Content. Champion ABC Digital experiences and content development to Ad Sales to communicate digital initiatives for use in monetization efforts.
Be an Advocate for Ad Sales. Champion Ad Sales requirements/feedback from clients into daily work streams and best practices. Specifically, with sponsorships be a voice for sales where they are not present.
Continuously raise the bar and bring more digital, social and marketplace insights to ABC sponsorship packages.
Help coordinate and meticulously organize sponsorship execution.
Interface with third party vendor and B2B partners in a professional way.Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Digital Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing or sponsorships ideation/execution within a media network, publisher and/ or portal
Passion for Entertainment & Digital Media
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Personal experience with social media, OTT platforms (Apple TV, etc.) and a fan of digital first content (YouTube, Hulu, Netflix)
Ability to effectively operate in a matrixed corporate structure and work comfortably alongside Sales, Product, Integrated Marketing, Design, Programming, and Social Media teams
Advanced Keynote & Photoshop skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
