Cambia Health Solutions is offering a summer internship opportunity to work with a small, agile team in its strategic focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts. Intern would work 40 hours/week. Compensation is $16/hour. Specific job responsibilities may include:· Assist in executing 2012 strategic plan for Cambia corporate sustainability efforts such as researching and drafting recommendations for incorporating sustainability criteria into Procurement vendor assessments as well as identifying program evaluation and reporting mechanisms. · Compile and categorize scope of current sustainability activities and develop tracking and evaluation mechanism.· Assist in content development and updates for sustainability section on corporate Intranet.· Assist in strategic plan development and campaign implementation for employee engagement volunteerism activity.· Analyze and prepare reports on various corporate philanthropy efforts, including executive board service, corporate volunteer programs, and so on. · Assist in ramp-up activities for fall Employee Giving Campaign, focusing on strengthening use of social media and video tactics. · Contribute to corporate philanthropy content and updates on corporate Intranet, as well as other research and communications projects, as assigned. 

Qualifications:· Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in communications, business, marketing, public relations, nonprofit management, corporate social responsibility, sustainable business, environmental studies, or related fields. Graduate students may also apply.· At least junior class standing· A minimum 3.0 cumulative undergraduate grade point average· Excellent written and oral skills· Innovative and strategic thinker; strong research and information-gathering skills· Highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable nature· Interest in advancing corporate social responsibility practices, particularly in the areas of sustainability and nonprofit/philanthropic outreach· Previous experience in volunteerism and nonprofit work, desired
