Digital Marketing – Family Recruitment Intern

   Holt International’s Digital Marketing is actively recruiting an intern to join our team. This unpaid internship experience will provide an opportunity to learn more about writing compelling content that is SEO optimized, basic HTML coding for email sends, social media tracking and analytics. In addition it will provide an opportunity to actively learn to write 300-word weekly waiting child stories, write and design monthly waiting child emails, and post content to Facebook and Instagram. 
   The Family Recruitment Intern (FRI) is an innovative, goal-oriented member of the Creative Services team. Under direction of the Digital Marketing Specialist – Advertising, the FRI will advocate for kids who are waiting for families through written stories, photos, videos, social media and email. The FRI will also track results and identify ways to improve adoption application numbers and requests for information. The FRI will also provide support for the Programs and Adoption Services department. 
   Preferred Skills: 
   The Family Recruitment Intern (FRI) should have good writing skills and be able to come up with creative ways to advocate for children who need families. They should also be able to work with a team and have good organization skills. 
   Schedule & Timeline: 
   This is an unpaid internship. Students are expected to work 10-15 hours a week at Holt International’s headquarters in Eugene, OR. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Duration of the internship is 3 months. All pre-placement documentation must be finalized prior to beginning the internship with Holt International. Background checks are required and any associated costs will be covered by Holt International.
