A role with Bullseye Marketplace is an opportunity to represent the Target in digital media across display, video, and audio advertising at an enterprise level. Focus will be on digital media publisher inventory and integrating media into campaigns and buying platforms. You will partner with digital media teams and media planners to ensure proper media execution and alignment to business strategies and objectives. You will work closely with digital media trading and planning teams across both Target Media Network and Brand Category Marketing.


As a Bullseye Marketplace Media Analyst, you’ll execute on inventory strategies to drive performance of Target campaigns along with some of the world’s most recognized brands. Working across marketing campaigns you’ll aide with publisher operations and activation of publisher inventory. This will include meeting with the digital media publishing community, connecting campaign demand to supply and monitoring the health of inventory connections. The role will focus on marketplace operations managing existing inventory and creating new connections including new media capabilities. The role also includes an emphasis on marketplace insights driven by data and analytics to bring forward opportunities to drive stronger performance of media. About you:


  • B.S. and/or B.A. (4 years)

  • 2+ years digital media planning and execution

  • Experience with demand side platform (DSP) media plans & buying or Supply Side Platforms (SSP) and yield management

  • Experience across display, mobile, and video advertising

  • Experience with ad serving partners such as DCM

  • Supply side platform (SSP) or publisher experience is a plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality

  • Track record of thinking strategically, delivering results and managing operations

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to tell a story through data; Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical skills
