Our department is a group of advertising experts who manage our strategic clients’ budgets across social platforms. We are a resource for large advertisers who do not have a team with the skill set to run their own campaigns, but want to take advantage of the Sprinklr platform.
Clients include Fortune 500 companies across tech, finance, retail, gaming, health, and telco verticals. We provide cross-platform strategy, creative services, test and learn development, execution, and ROI analysis. We work with our platform partners and the development team to drive the Sprinklr ads module forward as a best in class media solution that integrates with front office tasks such as customer service.
What You'll Do
The Social Media Intern focuses on learning and applying Sprinklr/SAS and industry best practices to media campaigns, whilst supporting media managers with client needs.
They support senior analysts and media managers with day to day account management to ensure client expectations are met and campaigns are flawlessly executed.
Detailed Description of Role
Sets up Social Media DR, Brand and engagement campaigns through Sprinklr Paid Media tool on: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube
Monitors day to day optimization, delivery and results
Optimizes campaigns daily, monitoring performance against campaign KPI’s, trends in conversion metrics and CPC fluctuations
Analyzes correlations between the various platforms to identify patterns and conversion attribution
Ensures that all campaigns are delivered effectively and profitably and identifies any areas which require support
Creates client reporting which includes data and results on all testing in-line with the client’s objectives
Actively make sure that you are knowledgeable on all Sprinklr software products
Actively make sure you are knowledgeable on at least one channel’s ad products package.
A./B.S. required in a relevant course of study (ex. Statistics, Math, Communications, Business, Marketing, Finance, Psychology etc.)
Exceptional Attention to Detail
Innovative when it comes to data; able to think outside the box and discover new trends and opportunities
Well organized, efficient and able to meet strict deadlines
Strong excel skills – pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s etc.
An ability to proactively manage and optimize campaigns and report on campaign performance
The ability to be a fast learner and to put those things in practice efficiently
