About CRS

Conflict Resolution Services (CRS) transforms conflict through communication.  This is accomplished through mediation; facilitation; trainings, workshops, and presentations; coaching and consultation; restorative justice; and neutral observation for the campus community.

Term: Summer, 2012. Preference given to students interested in continuing the internship into the 2012-2013 academic year.

General Responsibilities

Coordinate and expand CRS marketing plan

Assist with the development and distribution of CRS promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and brochures

Perform outreach, including tabling at outreach events

Coordinate CRS social media communications (Facebook and Twitter)

Develop ideas for CRS marketing and outreach, including ads to place in the Oregon Daily Emerald and interactive activities for tabling events

Assist with CRS branding

Assist with updating and maintaining CRS website, if/as needed

Track hours

Other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

Education and/or experience in marketing, advertising, and/or public relations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidential information

Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively


Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop and/or InDesign

Bilingual or multilingual
