Job Description


Develop, execute and manage company marketing projects. Position will be responsible for end to end execution from the development stage through creative implementation across various communication channels. Work with sales to help drive the business, visibility, & opportunities forward.


Coordinate and execute the overall marketing plan, campaigns, marketing strategies,  advertising, media relations and social media

Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, production and the design department.

Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional pieces.

Create, organize, proofread, and edit company informational documents.

Obtain estimates for all marketing expenses including printing, mailing, promotional items, online and print advertising.

Track marketing budget/costs, update, reconcile budget, and take corrective action where needed.

Lead day-to-day management and optimization of all assigned projects. Provide regular project updates.

Create high quality content for website, social media, photography, and print.

Assist in the development and launch of marketing campaigns, new products, and website content.



Should be a proactive self starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong abilities to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.



Must have wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution. Draw conclusions, and recommend/pursue corresponding action.


Expert knowledge in MS Office required.

Experience in database systems.

Experience exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction.


Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency with InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, web design and marketing email desired

Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (including WordPress)

Knowledge of search engine optimization principles and writing for search engines is preferred

Knowledge of the domain, web hosting, and web services industries



AA, BS, or BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Journalism, English, or related degree preferred.

Minimum (0) zero to (5) five years of relevant experience in marketing with proven success.


Marketing experience in the construction industry a plus.


Work independently with limited supervision.

Work inside in a general open office setting.

Travel may be required approximately 5% of the time.
