Rogue Ales and Spirits currently operates 10 pubs and restaurants. This position is responsible for building these pubs into best in class locations. The marketing manager is responsible for the menus, events, look and feel of the pubs, and will work closely with our pubs general manager to ensure consistency and execution across all locations.
Number one job is to get butts in seats at Rogue Pubs and grow our pub business.•
Work with VP Marketing, Pubs General Manager and individual Pub Managers to grow our pub business.•
4 Walls - create consistent look and feel, and brand messaging, across all pubs.•
Review menus and lead menu development and concepting.•
Create, plan, promote, and execute one signature event at each pub yearly.•
Create, plan, promote, and execute weekly events at each pub.•
Work with Pub Managers to consistently communicate with consumers across each pub's social media channels.
Effective oral and written communication skills•
Planning, presentation and negotiation competencies•
Strong understanding of consumer•
Experience in menu development •
Team player (both as leader and participant)•
5-7 years in the restaurant industry
