Metroleta is a technology startup embarking on a revolutionary project thatwill benefit kids and education, starting in Oregon. After extensivepreparation, we are now ready to start building our first product. We areassembling the vanguard team that will design, launch, and market thisproduct: innovative software to help students, schools, and universitiesalike. This is just the first of several product lines we are developing,with releases planned starting in 2015.

Priority will be given to early applicants.We are looking for a commitment of 10+ hours/week on-site.Master-Level training in Web Design (html, css, etc.) available to interestedinterns.College credit may be possible for your internship.Experience required/preferred:- Strong Research & Organization Skills- Strong Writing & Editing Skills- Experience doing independent research, Writing reports or articles, Editingand revisions (classroom experience included)- Successfully completed classes in Writing, etc- Preferred experience may include Interviewing, Journalism, Education,Teaching, Human / Social Services, Environment (classroom experienceincluded)- Strong communication & project management skillsPosition:

Seeking well-organized, insightful Researcher to gather crucial research forMetroleta, which may include:- Research of   . Environmental issues related to global warming   . Issues that affect childrens' future   . Schools and education (issues, needs, budgets, contacts...)   . Background information for potential sponsors, advertisers (business,individual)- Record all research results for others- Present research data in written summaries, tables, reports, etc.- Create research templates, standards- Interview subjects regarding research topics- Special projectsGreat opportunity to build your resume and professional portfolio andexperience in support of a meaningful cause.
