Social Media interns will work with our social media team to help Honeysuckle Press build and fortify a radically inclusive literary community through social media. SM interns will promote Honeysuckle Press books and news through the ever-expanding digital literary landscape — a passion for the vibrant global dialogue revolving contemporary literature and for the work that Honeysuckle Press is doing is a must.
Approximately 3-5 hours a week. This is a six-month long digital internship.
Thorough understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to reliably work independently
An eagerness to engage with an audience of devoted writers and readers, and interest in brainstorming potential social media campaigns
A deep love for independent publishing and contemporary literature
